Senior Executive - Claims (Non-Motor)
(Kuala Lumpur)

Responsibilities:

• Provide fair and accurate settlement of all claims.
• Monitor claims reserving and outstanding claims reviews as well as oversee containment of claims costs.
• Process and approve claims within authority limit including verification of transactions and preparing case summaries for all classes exceeding authority for supervisor approval.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory body regulations, policies and procedures.
• Attend to customer requests and complaints promptly.
• Coordinate with Underwriting and other business units on risk management including analysis of underwriting results and recommended risk improvements.
• Initiate system improvements and claims process enhancements.
• Ensure accurate compilation of statistics, timely submission of reports and compliance with benchmarks to improve process turn around times.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a diploma or a degree in a related field.
• At least 5 years of working experience in non-motor claims.
• Independent mindset and a team player demonstrating honesty and integrity
• 5 day-week and opportunity to grow with the team and the company.
