- Responsibilities include: Managing the entire F&B team to ensure consistent service delivery at all times; recruiting and training staff; scheduling staff and ensuring all aspects of outlet's operations are run efficiently in accordance to departmental budgets; inventory management and reporting to senior management.
- Candidate must possess at least three (3) years experience in similar capacity and have excellent leadership, management and customer service skills
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Candidate MUST be willing to relocate to Kota Kinabalu, Sabah
