Multimedia Graphic Designer(Johor - Senai)
Responsibilities:
The Instructional Designer will be required to create learning materials such as eLearning Videos and Reference Guides for our internally-developed applications.
Responsibilities:
- Work with Subject Matter Experts (SME) to understand a wide range of concepts and processes
- Analyze the information which was gathered from the SME and structure the content into lesson plans
- Provide estimates for deliverables
- Track project progress
- Capture, Write, and provide Audio narration for the eLearning videos
- Maintain the attention of viewers by adding callouts, highlights, zooms and other objects
- Adhere to Flextronics’ established style conventions and guidelines
Requirements:
- Candidates should possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology, Education, Training, Broadcasting or equivalent
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Demonstrate an ability to write instructions in a clear and concise manner
- Must be able to communicate effectively in American English (both written and spoken)
- Mandarin skills (written and spoken) would be an added advantage
- Experience with Adobe Captivate is a plus
- Other good-to-have skills: Audio editing, Flash, Experience with any other Multimedia tools
- Applicants must be willing to work in Senai.
- Preferably Junior Executives specializing in IT/Computer - Hardware or equivalent.
