Accounts Executive
(Selangor)

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for maintaining timely closing of monthly financial accounts;
• Able to perform daily routine works including General Ledger functions;
• Check payment requests and review the invoice;
• Preparing Purchase Order; 
• Schedule and set invoices for payment;
• Process payment requests.
• Reconciliation of payments.
• Maintenance and updating of creditor data.
• Handling Petty cash and monitoring on the cash flow.
• Any other jobs assigned from time to time.

 

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U, Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
• At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.
• Advance in using Excel Sheet.
• Experience and manageable in using book keeping/ledger.
• Can start immediately.
