Mechanical Manager ( Perai )
(Penang - Perai)

Responsibilities:

• In Conjunction With the Department Head  ,provide guidance and technical assistance to process  engineering team in supporting line activities .

  1)Ensuring training and certification of production operators are done accordingly .

  2)Responsibles to ensure process sustainable for Yield / Quality

  3)Responsible for new process development and capability to meet customer product specifications, delivery and cost expectations.

  4)Monitors process change control.

  5)Handles project implementation and evaluation.

  6)Resposible to review and approve the Validation master plan/Device Master record /Validation report for ISO 13485 requirement ,applicable for those handling Medical products only

  7) Establish and maintain statistical process control systems

  8)Develop and maintain process documentation.

  9)Improve throughput in constrained areas.

  10)Develop and test new materials and processes for improved performance and/or lower cost and lead cost reduction efforts in assigned process areas.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Master's Degree, Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Others) or equivalent.
• At least 8 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Perai.
• Preferably Managers specializing in Engineering - Mechanical/Automotive or equivalent.
• Full-Time positions available.
