HR Assistant
(Penang - Bayan Lepas)

Responsibilities:

• Provide clerical and administrative support to the Human Resources department.
• Maintain updated information within HR database.
• Other duties in one or more functional areas in the Human Resources department as and when required.

Requirements:

• Professional Certificate / Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of working experience in the related field for this position.
• Familiar with C&B administrative duties and payroll tasks.
• Experience with SAP and TMS preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office appplications.
• Proficient and trustworthy in handling sensitive and confidential matters.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Posses knowledge of HR practice and current Labour Law / Industrial Relations / Statutory requirements.
• Independent, result-oriented and demonstrates ability to work in a fast paced / dynamic environment.
• Fresh graduates are encouranged to apply.
