Process Engineer (Senai)(Johor - Senai)
Responsibilities:
- Transfer of new product and rework process capabilities.
- Improve yield, analyze failure and reduce scrap.
- Ensure that production has a smooth and efficient flow and that quality of product meets the customer specification.
- Maintenance of DCM print matrix, implement new label / jumper image design as necessary for different products and customers.
- Documentation of process flows and assembly work instructions.
- Manage evaluations for new processes / printing software and training for newly implemented process.
- Establishing and maintenance of agreed standard / method for converting the OEM drives into “MDT” model for marketing purposes.
- Tooling / equipment design and enhancement. Parts and materials sourcing at the most cost effective manner
- Any other activities as designated by superior.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent.
- Knowledge of Magnetic Recording Technology or Hard Drive Assembly
- Knowledge of clean room protocol, ESD and contamination control.
- PC literacy in Computer and application software.
- Willing to work at Senai, Johor
