Hr Manager (Melaka)
MYR             5000 - 8000       Depends on experience
(Melaka)

Responsibilities:

• Responsible to manage and drive the full spectrum of Human Resources functions with emphasis on strategic manpower planning, recruitment and retention, performance management, compensation & benefits, payroll administration, Industrial Relation, Associates Relation, Human Capital Development and monthly HR management reporting.
  
• Plan, direct training and development programs with talent management in mind
  
• Manage and coordinate Human Resources activities including policies and procedures in line with the Company’s business goals
  

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Master's Degree, any field.
• Knowledge of Human Resource management, Malaysian’s Labour Legislations including Employment Act, Industrial Act, Trade Union Act and other statutory Acts or Regulations
• Required language(s): English, Malay, Japanese(would be added advantage)
• At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Managers specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.
• Full-Time positions available.
