Front Office Assistant
(Penang - Bayan Baru)

Responsibilities:

Responsible for answering inbound telephone calls and directing them with courtesy and professionalism.
Ability to take messages and forwarding appropriately.
Responsible for leaving a good first impression to all visitors and callers.
Act as first contact point to greet and interact with customers, vendors and guests also to notify associates of their arrival.
Handling inquiries from public and provide information related to the company.
In charge of collecting also receiving normal mails, couriers and parcels.
Center for posting normal mails and couriers.
Maintain the appearance and cleanliness of the reception and meeting room area.
Assist in any related administrative duties and ad-hoc assignments as when required.

Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/SPM/"O" Level, Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U, any field.
Preferably with 1-2 years of relevant working experience in Front Desk or Reception .
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Required language(s): English, Chinese and Malay
Required skill(s):Computer Knowledge, Internet Know How.
Friendly, helpful, pleasant personality with good interpersonal and communication skills.
Possess professional telephone etiquette.
Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to details.
Computer literate is required and good knowledge in Microsoft Office.
Fluent in English, Chinese and Malay
Good command of spoken and written English.
Possess own transport.
Applicants must be willing to work in Bayan Baru.
Preferably Non-Executives specializing in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent.
Full-Time and Contract position available.
